Natural Bridge is a Virginia State Park centered on the amazing natural bridge of stone. Wastewater from the Natural Bridge park, hotel and other nearby facilities is treated in a 99,000 gpd system. Aqua Nova designed a replacement aeration system when existing surface aerators failed and were determined to be beyond repair. The upgrade included fine-bubble diffusers for two treatment trains, triplex rotary-lobe blowers, a sound-damping equipment enclosure, and controls.

Aqua Nova evaluated different blower options; produced an engineering report, air supply calculations, and construction drawings.  Aqua Nova has assisted in component review and procurement and is performing construction oversight and commissioning.
